StoryNest is an AI-powered personalized children's story generator. Parents create profiles for their children, and our service uses artificial intelligence to generate custom stories, illustrations, and audio narrations featuring their children as protagonists.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating child profiles
• You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all information you provide (child profiles, photos, preferences). You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide the service.

Generated Content: Stories, illustrations, and audio narrations generated by our AI are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated stories with family and friends. You may not resell or commercially distribute generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Upload photos of children who are not your own without proper authorization
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

6. Service Tiers

StoryNest offers free and premium tiers. The free tier includes a limited number of stories per month. Premium features include unlimited stories, voice cloning, and watermark-free content. We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our prompts and systems to produce age-appropriate, safe content, AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected. We encourage parents to review stories before sharing them with children. We continuously improve our content safety measures.

8. Limitation of Liability

StoryNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
